How it works step-by-step ➔ 

01 The Questionnaire

Before we look at anything, we want to hear from you. We'll send you a comprehensive brand questionnaire that goes beneath the surface. We ask about your founding story, your values, your competitive landscape, your instincts about what's working and what isn't, how you manage your business and who helps. Your answers are the backbone of everything we bring to the session.

02 The Research

After you fill out the questionnaire, we do our own homework. We go through your answers and your entire brand footprint—website, social channels, marketing materials, press, reviews—with fresh eyes and an honest assessment. We look at your competitors. We look at your market. We look at where you're positioned and compare that to your potential.

03 The Workshop

This is the heart of the Brand Audit. A 90-minute working session where we bring everything together—our research, your questionnaire answers and a tailored 20-30 page deck built specifically for your brand. We don't just present findings. We talk. We push. We ask the uncomfortable questions. We help you see your brand the way your audience sees it—and the way it could be seen.

04 The Brand Audit Report (PDF)

The Brand Audit Report is the document we walk through during The Workshop. We’ll send it to you as a PDF after the live session so you can review it on your own time and keep thinking about the things we discussed on the call.

05 The Clarity Session (Optional)

We've learned that most people need time to sit with the Brand Audit Report. It can be a lot to process. That's why we offer an optional follow-up clarity session within two weeks of The Workshop. The Clarity Session offers a chance to revisit anything we discussed and ask any additional questions.
